The Kent Memorial Library has announced its upcoming offerings.

Junior Room offerings will include an intermediate Nutmeg Discussion Group Dec. 13 at 3:30 p.m.; a graham cracker gingerbread decorating party Dec. 21 at 10:30 a.m. (not a drop-off event); a casual craft party Dec. 23 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; a screening of "Elf" for all ages Dec. 26 at 2 p.m. (not a drop-off event); a program with Nappy's Puppets, "Sing-A-Long," for all ages Dec. 27 at 11 a.m. (not a drop-off event); a teen quiz night for students in grades five and up Dec. 27 at 7 p.m.; a Lego party for all ages Dec. 30 at 1 p.m. (not a drop-off event); Music and Rhyme for ages 3 and under and their caregivers Dec. 31 at 10:45 a.m.; a hot cocoa story hour for ages 3 to 10 Jan. 2 at 10:30 a.m. (not a drop-off event); and a program with Science Tellers for ages 4 to 12 Jan. 3 at 1 p.m. (not a drop-off event). Programs require registration.

Weekly offerings will include Rhythm and Rhyme for ages birth to 3 Tuesdays at 10:45 a.m. and Lunch Bunch for all ages Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. Registration is not required for these programs.

Ongoing events for all ages include a monthly poetry workshop the third Saturday of the month at 10 a.m. and a monthly Chess Club the third Saturday of the month from 1 to 3 p.m.

Adults are invited to a weekly yoga class Saturdays at 8:30 a.m.
