Kay Giddings Mochulsky, 62, of Yorktown Heights, N.Y., died Dec 19 while surrounded by her family.

She was born June 23, 1950, to Barbara and Minot Giddings, of Kent.

A graduate of Russell Sage College, Mrs. Mochulsky was a paralegal for the firm of Novenstern, Fabriani and Gaudio in Mount Kisco, N.Y.

Her life was filled with travel, golf and a proud membership in the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Mrs. Mochulsky is survived by her mother, Barbara; her husband, Stanley; two children, Anne and Andrew Mochulsky; two in-laws and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that hugs be shared or memorials be made to a charity of one's choice.
