JCC to offer programs

The Jewish Community Center in Sherman has announced its upcoming events.

Offerings will include an American Red Cross babysitting certification training class for teens ages 11 to 16 Nov. 12 from noon to 6 p.m. ($60); a "What is Jewish Culture?" rebroadcast of "Live from New York's 92nd Street Y" Dec. 9 at 11 a.m. ($5 per non-member); a family Chanukah party Dec. 15 at 6:30 p.m.

In addition, gentle yoga, organic dance, pilates and yoga are available at various times.
