Helen M. Stack, 90, of Salisbury, Md., died March 26 at Coastal Hospice in Salisbury. She was the wife of the late Thomas M. Stack III.

She was born Dec. 14, 1922, in Providence, R.I., daughter of the late John A. and Helen Jenks McCahey.

A graduate of New Milford High School, she was a resident of New Milford for many years before moving to Norwalk and Naples, Fla. She lived in Salisbury for the last seven years.

She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church in New Milford, where she served as a Eucharistic minister and was a member of the Confraternity of the Rosary.

She is survived by three daughters, Eileen Stack Moreno, of Fairfield; Maggie Stack, of Germantown, Md.; and Maureen Stack Molony, of Conway, S.C.; eight grandchildren, Eric, Brendan, Tom, David, Phillip, Liam, Brighid and Keelin; and four great-grandchildren, Taryn, Elijah, Rafael and Carmen. She was predeceased by a daughter, Patricia Stack Schock; a son, Thomas M. Stack; and a sister, Doris Nielson.

Burial was at at St. Francis Cemetery in New Milford.

The Lillis Funeral Home in New Milford was in charge of arrangements.
