New Milford VNA & Hospice will offer two more programs in its series of informational meetings at its Caregivers Support Group this spring.

Meetings will be held at the New Milford Senior Center at 40 Main St.

Gus Thanasoulis of VNA Home, Inc. will lead "Why Do I Need Home Care Services?" April 15 at 10 a.m.

Thanasoulis will speak about the many services offered by VNA Home, which can enable people to stay in their own homes.

Claudette Sesera, Lifeline program coordinator for New Milford Visiting Nurse & Hospice, will be the guest speaker May 20 at 10 a.m.

Sesera will discuss the importance of getting help in the home after a fall or sudden illness, and how the Lifeline equipment works to ensure peace of mind for older adults and their families when she addresses the topic of "Why Should I consider the Lifeline Program for Myself or my Loved One?"

The Caregiver Support Group is facilitated by Catherine Vlasto, LCSW, New Milford VNA & Hospice Social Worker.

All caregivers are invited to attend meetings, which are held on the first and third Tuesday of every month at the New Milford Senior Center.
