Gilpin to lead chapel service

The Merryall Union Chapel on Chapel Hill Road in New Milford will hold its next service June 14 at 4 p.m.

The Rev. Jack Gilpin of St. John’s Episcopal Church in town will be the guest pastor.

The chapel is available for weddings, memorial services or other appropriate occasions.

Warren auxiliary to serve pancakes

The Women’s Auxiliary of the Warren Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. in Warren will hold a pancake breakfast June 21 from 7:30 to 11 a.m. at the Warren Community Center on Sackett Hill Road.

Tickets are $5 for adults, $2 for children and free for children under 3. Proceeds will benefit the auxiliary scholarship fund.

HORSE to introduce horses

HORSE of Connecticut based in Washington will hold a HORSE showing June 13 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Horses up for adoption will be introduced to the public.

‘Love of the Vine’

“Love of the Wine,” a wine and beer tasting, will be held June 19 from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Silo at Hunt Hill Farm in the Northville section of New Milford.

Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door.
