Garden club to hold sale

The Garden Club of New Milford will host its annual plant sale May 19 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Village Green.

The rain-or-shine event will feature the sale of herbs, vegetables, perennial plants and homemade baked goods.

The sale is the nonprofit organization's only fundraiser, providing funds that will be used toward the gardens throughout town, holiday decorations on the Green, garden therapy, programs and charitable projects.
