Farm to hold raspberry festival

The White Silo Farm & Winery in Sherman will host its fifth annual raspberry festival Sept. 15 to 16 from noon to 5 p.m.

Six different small plates of food and desserts prepared with the farm's raspberries will be available: raspberry s'mores, brie quesadillas with Jalapeno raspberry sauce, raspberry sorbet with raspberry scones, grilled chicken with raspberries, mixed greens raspberry salad and raspberry crisp.

There will be a $5 charge per plate of food.
