Event to support hurricane victims

A musical benefit to support the victims of Hurricane Sandy in the Greater New Milford area will take place Nov. 23 at 8 p.m.

The event, at the River Bistro at 300 Kent Road (Route 7), will feature music by Cripple Creek, the Blue Yodels, Don Lowe, Mike Latini and Shrdlu.

There is no cover charge. Donations will be put into an account set up by Union Savings Bank for residents of New Milford, Danbury, Newtown, Redding and Bethel.
