Event to kick off Relay For Life

The American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of New Milford kickoff celebration has been rescheduled for Feb. 18.

The breakfast had been set for Feb. 11 but was postponed due to a forecast for inclement weather.

Festivities will run from 10 a.m. to noon at The Maxx on Railroad Street.

The celebration will feature a luminaria ceremony, games, speeches, tributes and more.

The annual Relay will be held June 16-17 at Sarah Noble Intermediate School on Sunny Valley Road.

Anyone interested in learning more about the Relay For Life are invited to attend the breakfast.
