Event to aid Wilkinsons/Fratinos

A benefit to aid two New Milford families affected by a gas explosion will take place Nov. 18 from noon to 4 p.m.

Offerings at the Maxx on Railroad Street will include a spaghetti lunch, a raffle, a disc jockey, Al Williams and dance instructor Jacqueline Fresenius, and more.

A minimum of $5 is requested, with proceeds to be divided between the Wilkinson and Fratino families.

The Wilkinsons lost their home in the Aug. 29 explosion, and John Wilkinson was injured. Anthony Fratino was killed in the explosion and his son was injured.
