The Washington Environmental Council will hold its annual Earth Day Roadside Cleanup April 23.

All residents are invited to adopt a road to clean up that day.

The cleanup will run from 9 a.m. to noon.

Trash bags for the roadside clean-up will be available at the Bryan Memorial Town Hall foyer.

Trash collected for Earth Day should be deposited in the dumpster in front of town hall.

Residents who are unable to participate, the dumpster will be available through April 25.

Volunteers should exercise caution and good judgment relating to traffic and other safety concerns when participating in roadside cleanup activities.

Light refreshments will be available for recyclers at the event.
