An organic gardening program with Winvian's executive chef Chris Eddy April 12 at noon at Washington Montessori School on Route 202 in Washington.

The program will focus on Winvian's commitment to growing its own ingredients for the table.

A well-known advocate of sustainable non-GMO gardening practices, Eddy is ground-breaking in his insistence on using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, the majority of which are taken from Winvian's own organic gardens.

The program is co-sponsored by Washington Primary School, Steep Rock Association and Judea Garden.

Steep Rock Association became the official sponsor of Judea Garden in October 2014.

The program is free but RSVP is requested by visiting www.steeprockassoc.org.
