Everlasting Cosmetics in New Milford will celebrate its grand opening Sept. 15 at 10 a.m.

Owner Diane Neelands applies permanent eyebrows, lip color and other cosmetic features at the 38A Church St. business.

The business is open Mondays and Wednesdays from 1 to 4 p.m. and Tuesdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Kathy Henkel Fitness in New Milford will offer a girls' night in open house Sept. 20 from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Offerings will include: Light refreshments; a demonstration and "try-me" sampling of classes; vendors for chair massage, henna designs, Reiki treatments; and a jewelry and bag/accessories showcase.

Collections will be received for donations to the New Milford families recovering from the recent home explosion.
