Auditions set for ‘Private Lives’

TheatreWorks New Milford will hold auditions Aug. 22 and 23 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. for its upcoming production of Noël Coward's “Private Lives.”
Three women ages 20 to 55 and two men ages 30 to 50 are sought for the production.
Appointments are required for the auditions, so interested individuals should email director Frank Arcaro at firstname.lastname@example.org before the dates listed to schedule an audition.
Actors do not have to be the ages listed but must be able to believably play within the ranges specified.
Auditions will consist of reading from the script.
All roles are available and both professionals and amateurs are welcome.
With the exception of the character of Louise, all should audition using an upper-class English manner of speaking. The actress auditioning for Louise should be able to perform with a convincing French accent.
Rehearsals will begin Oct. 17, with performances to run Dec. 1 through Jan. 7.
Auditions will be held at the 5 Brookside Ave. theater, though parking is behind the Catherine E. Lillis Administration Building off East Street.
