The New Milford Historical Society will present a program, “New Milford’s Architectural Treasures,” June 28 at 2 p.m. in the museum’s Boardman Store.

Pat Greenspan, vice president of the New Milford Trust for Historical Preservation, will be the guest speaker and will discuss the history and mission of the trust.

The program will include images of historic houses in New Milford that were included in the latest architectural survey, as well as the different types of architecture that can be found throughout the town.

The trust began in 1977 by past historical society curator Sylvia Lavhis.

Greenspan, a longtime resident, has been a member of the trust since the organization’s infancy.
