New Milford Hospital's human resources office building at 30 Elm St. will undergo renovations.
Two decks will be replaced and wood clapboard siding removed and replaced with plank siding.
All windows, doors and trim will be replaced, with attention given to historic detail, according to representatives with the hospital who met with Zoning Enforcement Officer Laura Regan last week.
The hospital will work with the New Milford Trust for Historic Preservation in its planning.
