The 15th annual Litchfield Jazz Festival will be held Aug. 6-8 on the grounds of Kent School in Kent.

The festival will honor Dave Brubeck.

An opening night gala, "Friends of the Festival Gala," will be held at the Morrison Gallery in Kent.

The schedule includes The Brubeck Institute Jazz Quintet, Denise Thimes and the Dave Brubeck Quartet Aug., 6; the Gabriel Alegria Afro-Peruvian Sextet, the Gerald Clayton Trio, the Dave Samuels Caribbean Jazz Project and the Mario Pavone Orange Double Tenor Sextet (with support from Chamber Music American and The Doris Duke Charitable Foundation), the All-Star Cannonball Adderley Tribute featuring Wess Anderson, Terell Stafford, Benny Green, Matt Wilson and Joanna Pascale, and the Arturo O'Farrill Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra Aug. 7; and the Aaron Weinstein Trio, the Avery Sharpe Trio, Jane Bunnett & the Spirits of Havana, the Anat Cohen Trio, and Bela Fleck, Zakir Hussain and Edgar Meyer Aug. 8.
