Local residents aged 55 and older have plenty of opportunities to keep their health in check these days. New Milford Hospital, the Visiting Nurse Association, health and fitness clubs, yoga studios, senior centers and other businesses and organizations offer periodic and/or ongoing health programs.

Classes, educational forums, walking groups, and screenings are among the offerings available.
