The Rooster Tail Inn in Warren recently introduced executive chef Nemat Odeh.

From Frankfurt, Germany, Chef Nemat has cultivated many culinary accomplishments throughout his career.

His training started at the Culinary Academy in Frankfurt and an apprenticeship under three master chefs at the Palace Hotel.

Mr. Nemat has worked at the Marriott Hotel in Washington, D.C., the Bellagio in Las Vegas and as executive chef at Farmington Country Club in Farmington.

He is currently a member in the American Culinary Federation and was voted "Most Talented Chef in Westchester Region" by the James Beard Foundation.
